Having seen the reviews for ARC we weren’t sure if they were real. Excellent customer service is so rare nowadays! However, our scepticism proved to be wrong. From the moment of first contact with Jamie to the end of the job, communication was excellent! We knew what was happening, at what time and when. The team who came to remove the debris were polite,  cheerful and had a ‘can do’ attitude. We can’t recommend them enough. I have already recommended them to our neighbours! Wow what a team ! So efficient and friendly. Even in the pouring rain Jacob and Bobby got this large removal job for me done with a smile. So polite !! Jamie organised everything for us and there was no messing around with quotes or conditions. Just fast booking and affordable pricing. Jamie could sense the urgency of this for me and went the extra mile to move things around and get it done to meet my deadline. You can tell he’s a family man who cares for his business and takes pride in every part of the service. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend to all as unlike other companies out there prices are reasonable,  you aren’t waiting days for a response and by no means are you left feeling like an unimportant name on their list.
